Why is this guest room called the Flamingo Room?
The Flamingo bird is synonymous with the Art Deco and Art Nouveau movement.
We love the Flamingo’s elegance and the pink colour of the Flamingo is very Art Deco.

Why is this guest room called the Napier Room?
Napier is a New Zealand city with a seaport, located in Hawkes’s Bay on the eastern coast of the north island.   Napier is a popular tourist city with a rich architecture in the Art Deco style which is celebrated each year in an Art Deco Weekend which is visited by thousands of people from around the world.

We chose to name this room after New Zealand’s beautiful Napier because we love
what Napier has done to keep Art Deco alive.
